Ann-Marie Davies is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ann-Marie advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, financings, investments, joint ventures, and restructuring work. She also advises on private investment fund formation and investment management.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ann-Marie worked within the corporate department of a UK-headquartered international law firm. She also spent time in-house, having undertaken a secondment to the legal team of a luxury car manufacturer based in Warwick.
Ann-Marie earned her Postgraduate Diploma in legal practice from Nottingham Law School, England in 2003 and her LLB with honours from the University of Birmingham in 2002.
Ann-Marie is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
