Bobbi O'Connor is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. O'Connor focuses her practice on corporate finance, securities law, and general corporate matters, while representing utility clients and underwriters in capital markets transactions. She has been involved in numerous transactions, including debt and equity offerings, private placements, public offerings, and bank lending transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. O'Connor was a partner at a national law firm, where she represented underwriters and utility companies in issuances of secured and unsecured debt securities, securitization bonds, municipal bonds relating to pollution control facilities, convertible and hybrid securities, and common stock. At Morgan Lewis, she continues to advise on those matters, and continues to work with clients on their ongoing disclosure obligations pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Ms. O'Connor received her J.D., with distinction, from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1998, where she was a member of the Hofstra Law Review. She received her B.A. in psychology from Loyola College in Maryland in 1994.
