Christopher Harrison counsels financial institutions, investment fund sponsors, and government entities on complex financial and corporate transactions. He advises banks, fund managers, institutional investors, and bond underwriters on a range of cross-border deals in Europe and the Middle East. Based in the firm’s London office, Christopher also advises on acquisition finance deals and other transactions involving enterprises in the energy, transportation, aviation, shipping, railway, telecommunications, media, and financial services sectors.
Christopher, who has more than 20 years of experience, most recently worked on transactions involving ISM Capital, Equities First Holdings LLC, Pearson PLC, and PIMCO Europe.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Christopher was a partner in the financial transactions group of another international law firm. In that role he focused on finance, restructurings, debt capital markets, and derivatives, with an emphasis on the technology, healthcare, and life sciences industries.
