Christopher Harrison is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Harrison has more than 20 years of experience advising financial institutions, investment funds, and governments on a broad range of complex financial and corporate transactions across the globe. Mr. Harrison's clients include banks, fund managers, institutional investors, bond underwriters, and corporates. He has built up particular experience in the energy, mining, telecom, media, and financial services sectors.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Harrison was a partner in the financial transactions group of an international law firm focusing on finance, restructurings, debt capital markets, and derivatives, with an emphasis on the technology, healthcare, and life sciences industries.

Mr. Harrison sat for his law society finals at the College of Law of England & Wales in 1990 and earned his LLB (Hons) from the University of Bristol in 1989.

Mr. Harrison is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a solicitor.
