David A. Gerson advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a range of complex financial transactions. He counsels clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), dispositions, equity and debt financings, and out-of-court restructurings. David also represents private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in a broad range of general corporate matters.
