Ellyn Pearlstein is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Pearlstein worked at another international law firm where she represented employers in the areas of commercial litigation and labor and employment law. She also provided assistance to clients on entertainment law matters by drafting and negotiating licensing and production agreements.

Ms. Pearlstein received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2007, where she was senior editor of the Emory International Law Review. She received her B.A., cum laude, in psychology from New York University in 2004.

Ms. Pearlstein is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
