Jonathan N.T. Uphoff

Jonathan N.T. Uphoff is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Mr. Uphoff's practice focuses on European competition law and cross-border merger control. He has practiced competition in Brussels since 1999, and has an extensive background in the telecommunications, financial services, petro-chemicals, and pharmaceuticals sectors. 

Prior to moving to Brussels, Mr. Uphoff practiced U.S. antitrust law in Washington, D.C. He speaks English, Swedish, German, French, and Spanish.

Mr. Uphoff is admitted to practice in Brussels and New York, and in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
