Michelle S. Conn is director of administration for Morgan Lewis's Philadelphia, Wilmington, and Harrisburg offices. Ms. Conn is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of those offices, including financial management, nonlegal staff management, space and facilities management, and communication with firm management.
Ms. Conn has more than 15 years of professional experience in law firm administration with an emphasis on human resources, including recruiting, employee relations, personnel development, and team building.
Ms. Conn received her M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach in 1997 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in speech communications from California State University, Long Beach in 1989.
