Noelia Martinez regularly advises clients on the merger control and foreign direct investment aspects of complex cross-border M&A transactions and coordinates filings before the European Commission and regulatory authorities around the world. Her experience spans various sectors including telecommunications, digital services, media, financial services, insurance, and automotive.
She also works on behavioral antitrust matters and all angles of competition law, encompassing cartels, abuse of dominant position, State aid, and foreign subsidies.
In addition, Noelia advises clients on EU digital regulation (including the Artificial Intelligence Act, Digital Markets Act, and Digital Services Act), cybersecurity (including the 5G Toolbox, NIS 2 Directive, and Cyber Resilience Act), and privacy law (GDPR).
