Robert E. Brown III is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Brown worked as an attorney in the general counsel’s office of a multi billion-dollar publicly held electronics manufacturer, where he supported the company’s internal M&A team and worked on numerous acquisitions and divestitures with an international focus.

Mr. Brown earned his J.D., cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law in 2009, where he served as a note and comment editor for the American University Law Review. He earned his A.B. in ecology and evolutionary biology from Princeton University in 2003.

Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
