Sean D. Callaghan advises clients on employee benefits and executive compensation law. Sean counsels clients on a broad range of matters involving tax-qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, health and welfare benefit plans, and fringe benefits. His practice includes advising clients on Internal Revenue Code and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, providing support on employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions, and assisting clients in complying with ERISA’s fiduciary duties. In addition, Sean helps clients with audit and correction matters before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the US Department of Labor (DOL).
