Sarah Sandok Rabinovici is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Antitrust Practice. Ms. Rabinovici represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and nonmerger civil matters. She has experience with premerger notification under the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act, international merger control, merger investigations, and Second Requests.

Ms. Rabinovici has represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice (DOJ), prepared dozens of HSR filings, and coordinated competition filings around the world for multimillion- and billion-dollar transactions. She has represented clients in significant antitrust matters in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and publishing industries, among others. Ms. Rabinovici also has experience representing clients before the FTC for investigations under Section 5 of the FTC Act.

Ms. Rabinovici is very active in the American Bar Association (ABA), where she has held various leadership positions with the Young Lawyers Division Antitrust Committee. In her work with the ABA, Ms. Rabinovici has wrote various listserve emails on updates concerning Unilateral Conduct, as well as moderated brownbag discussions on topics ranging from looking into what antitrust enforcement in an Obama administration will look like to international merger control.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rabinovici worked at a major law firm in New York. She worked on behalf of the first company to lose a grant of amnesty from the DOJ, as well as on other high-profile general commercial litigation. She also assisted with a Second Request, where the DOJ was able to close out its investigation on a quick look basis, saving the client from the onerous task of complying with the Second Request.

Ms. Rabinovici earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2005. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in anthropology from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2002, where she also minored in Spanish.

Ms. Rabinovici is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey.
