Focusing his practice on bankruptcy and complex restructurings, Steven Wilamowsky represents debtors, individual creditors, debtor-in-possession lenders, creditors’ committees, landlords, plan sponsors, foreign debtors, and purchasers of assets of distressed companies. Steven has worked on bankruptcy appellate cases as well as on the restructuring of failed or distressed development projects. He frequently represents buyers of assets and new-equity investors in sales conducted through Chapter 11, whether on a stand-alone basis or as part of a plan of reorganization.
