Join us for a webinar on developments in the New York State Public Service Commission’s (PSC’s) Reforming the Energy Vision (REV) proceedings, including the commission’s recent order adopting its regulatory policy framework and implementation plan.
The New York PSC approved measures in its order that would govern the development of a distributed system platform provider and a distributed energy resources (DER) market. The order addresses important questions regarding effective market design and deployment of DER resources, including ownership of DER by utilities and integration of DER into systems operations and planning.
