The 2015-2016 Morgan Lewis M&A Academy has kicked off with an enthusiastic response from clients and other friends of the firm, with an average of more than 300 external attendees at each program so far. Several Morgan Lewis lawyers, led by partners in our M&A group working together with partners from a number of other practice areas, have developed comprehensive training materials on M&A-related topics and created an annual training program called ML M&A Academy. These materials are being used in the series of 30-plus webinars and are geared toward teaching the latest on M&A issues in an efficient, convenient format. In addition to M&A professionals, the program is a good fit for lawyers in other areas, as well as business people who deal with M&A issues.

CBT partner John Utzschneider and associate James Collins will present the next topic, "Indemnification Issues," on November 17.
