Morgan Lewis lawyers were named across more than 50 practice categories and 16 metropolitan areas.

Best Lawyers lists of outstanding lawyers are compiled by conducting extensive peer-review surveys in which tens of thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their professional peers. The 23rd edition of Best Lawyers in America (2017) includes almost 55,000 lawyers in 142 practice areas, covering all 50 states and the District of Columbia, and inclusion in this year’s publication is based on more than 7.3 million detailed evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers.

Of particular note is that 16 Morgan Lewis lawyers were named “Lawyers of the Year,” a prestigious honor presented annually to a single outstanding lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area, based on the highest peer ratings received.
