In June 2015, we were awarded the prestigious “Gold Standard Certification” by Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF), signifying our success in elevating women into the firm’s leadership ranks. WILEF is the only initiative directed toward certifying—and broadly celebrating and publicizing—eligible law firms that have integrated women into their highest leadership positions. The certification is based on six criteria that look at the percentages of women holding various leadership positions, such as equity partners, firm chair and managing partners, and members of the firm’s governance committee.
