After the Supreme Court's decision on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (and also after Congress's possible enactment of additional statutory changes), employers still will need to deal with many implementation steps for health care reform, made constantly more challenging because of all the judicial challenges, statutory changes, and the blizzard of administrative guidance. For example, starting in 2012 and beyond, employers will need to deal with summaries of health benefits and coverage, Form W-2 plan reporting, health care spending account limits, and "Cadillac Tax" plan design and accounting implications. This session analyzes the affect of the Supreme Court's decision, and discusses the many changes that large and small employers will have to take in 2012-2013.
