2015 Annual Outsourcing and Strategic Commercial Transactions Seminar

Please join us for our annual roundtable and networking event for lawyers and professionals in the outsourcing and commercial transactions fields.

Topics will include:

• Ethics and the commercial transactions lawyer—use of cloud services by lawyers, unrepresented parties, and limited scope of representations
• Shared solutions—risks and benefits of shared infrastructure solutions, including cloud and SaaS models, and key negotiating pointers
• Privacy developments and the impact on the commercial contract—developments in US privacy and data security laws and contracting tips for handling the changes
• Rights to audit—the audit framework in outsourcing and hosted solutions, what to ask of your vendor, and areas that are getting more attention during negotiations

Credit
Two and a half hours of CLE credit, including one hour of Ethics credit, in NY, NJ, and PA are currently pending approval. Participants may come for the whole program, the general session, or just the networking reception.
