Investment Management partner Daniel Kleinman will be speaking at the SIFMA’s Savings & Retirement Seminar on the panel for “Dealing with Department of Labor ERISA Investigations and Other Challenges.”
The panel will give you the guidance you need on this process, including the steps you need to take when contacted by EBSA for an ERISA investigation. The panelists will also discuss other litigation in the news, such as liens and revenue sharing.
