Spotlight on SEC Cyber Trends: A Conversation with Carolyn Welshhans

The Securities and Exchange Commission Historical Society and Morgan Lewis will host Carolyn Welshhans, Associate Director and acting Cyber Unit Chief in the SEC’s Enforcement Division for a discussion about trends in today’s emerging cyber landscape.

In conversation with Morgan Lewis partner Ivan P. Harris, Carolyn Welshhans will discuss SEC enforcement initiatives involving initial coin offerings (ICOs), trading (hacking, account intrusion, and manipulations), cybersecurity controls, and issuer disclosures.
