Business and Finance partner Amy Pandit will speak during the District of Columbia Bar's webinar "Strange Bedfellows: Conflict Minerals, Resource Extraction — and the SEC."
During this one-hour webinar, Amy and her fellow panelists will address the unprecedented disclosure rules related to conflict minerals and resource extraction, which were passed by the Securities and Exchange Commission in 2012. They will also discuss the implications of sections 1502 and 1504 under the Dodd-Frank Act and how companies are preparing to comply with these rules.
