Benjamin O. Lang is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Lang's practice focuses on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, and other corporate matters for both U.S. and Japanese clients. Mr. Lang collaborates regularly with the International Labor and Employment team on cross border transaction due diligence involving Japan.
Mr. Lang, who is proficient in Japanese, joined Morgan Lewis’s New York office after graduating from law school in 2003. He relocated to Tokyo in July 2010, and was also previously resident in the firm's Tokyo office from December 2005 through February 2010.
Mr. Lang received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2003 and his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Cincinnati in 1999.
Mr. Lang is admitted to practice in New York and is registered in Japan as a gaikokuho jimu bengoshi (registered foreign lawyer).
