Jason E. Gettleman is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation and Intellectual Property Practices. In his practice, Mr. Gettleman focuses on patent procurement and patent litigation in the electrical and mechanical arts.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gettleman was an associate design engineer with a major New York engineering consulting firm. He specialized in designing copper and fiber telecommunications systems for various facilities. As a design engineer, Mr. Gettleman participated on Project Phoenix, the project to rebuild the Pentagon post-9/11.

Mr. Gettleman earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005, with a concentration in intellectual property. While at Seton Hall, he served as an executive board member of the Intellectual Property Law Association. Mr. Gettleman received his B.S. in electrical and computer engineering, with honors, from Rutgers University in 2001.

Mr. Gettleman is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, New York, and New Jersey and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
