Christopher Iannicelli is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Iannicelli’s practice focuses on a broad range of state and federal complex commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on toxic tort and product liability litigation. He is currently defending major industrial companies in asbestos personal injury and wrongful death cases brought in New Jersey. Mr. Iannicelli has also litigated actions in various state and federal courts involving commercial real estate, contracts, intellectual property, and trade secret violations.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Iannicelli was an associate with a boutique litigation firm, where he was involved in a variety of commercial litigation matters. These matters included the defense of antitrust price-fixing lawsuits brought against Fortune 100 tobacco and chemical companies, the arbitration of contractual disputes between a cable television provider and a regional sports network, and intellectual property litigation concerning the UNIX operating system.

Mr. Iannicelli received his J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School in 2003. Prior to law school, Mr. Iannicelli was an NASD-licensed equities trader. He received his B.A. in history and political science from Rutgers College in 1996.

Mr. Iannicelli is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
