Samuel Michael Feder is senior counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Feder has been involved in numerous private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions of public companies, and public offerings. He represents several U.S. defense contractors.

Mr. Feder was an attorney and special counsel at the Securites and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
