Julie L. Davies is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. Ms. Davies focuses her practice on corporate finance, private venture financings, including both debt and equity offerings, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate matters for private and public companies in various stages of growth. Her general corporate representation primarily involves entrepreneurial, startup, and emerging growth technology companies.

Ms. Davies received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007, where she was editor-in-chief of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law Annual Review. She received her B.S., cum laude, in accounting and in finance from Georgetown University in 2004.

Ms. Davies is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
