Jason Elliott is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Elliott focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and general employment advice. He counsels employers on defense discrimination claims, wage and hour actions, enforcement of noncompetition, and other employment agreements.
Mr. Elliott also represents employers in defense of Title VII, state discrimination law, wage and hour actions, Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower actions, and traditional labor matters. He also has assisted employers with the preparation and enforcement of employment, noncompete, and confidentiality agreements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Elliott was a labor and employment associate at a leading international law firm. He also has a background in business valuation and commercial insurance claims.
Mr. Elliott received his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2005, where he was a recipient of the Hatton W. Sumners scholarship and served as the associate managing editor for the SMU Law Review. He received his B.B.A., with honors, in finance from the University of Texas in 1999.
Mr. Elliott is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
