Larry M. Lawrence is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Lawrence focuses his practice on labor and employment counseling and litigation. He has represented employers in administrative and civil litigation matters—from inception through trial—involving a wide variety of employment claims. His practice also has involved all aspects of litigation, including presenting oral arguments to federal courts at the district and appellate level and trying cases before a jury. Mr. Lawrence has defended employers in lawsuits involving claims alleging harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, family/medical leave violations, and wage and hour violations. 

Mr. Lawrence received his J.D., summa cum laude and with highest honors, from Loyola Law School in 2004. While in law school, he held an externship with Judge Judith Ashmann-Gerst of the California Court of Appeals. Additionally, Mr. Lawrence participated in Loyola Law School's nationally ranked trial advocacy team and led the team to the finals in the Tournament of Champions in 2003. Mr. Lawrence also served as an editor for the Loyola Law Review.

Mr. Lawrence is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
