Neal Salisian is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Salisian's practice focuses on a broad range of complex state and federal commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on business dispute litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in cases dealing with fraud, breach of contract, unfair business practices, insurance recovery claims, and class action issues. Mr. Salisian also has a background in real estate and bankruptcy litigation, as well as matters involving the CAN-SPAM Act and similar Internet-based disputes.
Mr. Salisian earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School in 2005, where he was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors team and president of the Corporate Law Society. He also served as an extern for Judge Ellen Carroll of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Salisian earned his B.B.A., magna cum laude, in finance and his B.A., magna cum laude, in computer applications from the University of Notre Dame in 2002.
Mr. Salisian is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
