Jennifer B. Jordan is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Jordan's practice is concentrated in the representation of companies in all aspects of complex civil litigation and state and federal criminal matters and investigations at both the trial court and appellate levels. She has experience in conducting corporate criminal and sensitive internal compliance investigations, including off-label promotion, fraud and abuse, anti-kickback, government pricing, and False Claims Act matters. Ms. Jordan also has experience representing clients in defamation cases and advising on First Amendment issues.

Ms. Jordan also represents clients in a broad range of industries with a particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. 

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Jordan was law clerk to Judge Edmund V. Ludwig of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, 1999–2000.

Ms. Jordan received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1999, where she was an articles editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. In 1999, she also completed a clinical internship at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She received her B.S. in business management from Cornell University in 1994.

Ms. Jordan is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
