Allison J. Adler is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Adler represents employers in employment litigation matters before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels. She has litigated single-plaintiff and class action matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. Ms. Adler also provides clients with day-to-day advice on a wide range of employment law issues.
Ms. Adler received her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2005, where she was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, cum laude, for her work with Fordham's Federal Litigation Clinic. While in law school, Ms. Adler served as a judicial intern for Judge Barbara S. Jones of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan in 2000.
Ms. Adler is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
