Allison F. Aaron is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Aaron's practice focuses on the structuring, formation, governance of, and investment in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, funds of funds, venture capital funds, and other private equity funds. She provides counsel to major financial institutions, investment banks, and other institutional investors in their roles as sponsors and investment entities.

Ms. Aaron received her J.D. in 2005 from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the International Law Journal. She received her B.A., cum laude, in political philosophy and law from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1999.
