Morgan Lewis Partners Re-Elect Francis M. Milone Chair of the Firm

PHILADELPHIA, May 10, 2004 – Morgan Lewis announced today that Francis M. Milone has been re-elected by the partnership as Chair of the Firm for an additional five-year term commencing on October 1, 2004. Mr. Milone has been Chair of the Firm since 1999, leading the Firm through a period of exceptional achievement and growth.

"I am very pleased to have received this vote of confidence from my partners," said Mr. Milone. "I am fortunate to work with a deeply talented group of lawyers and staff who have enabled us to accomplish so much over the last five years."

Mr. Milone joined the Firm in 1977 as an associate, and was elected to partnership in the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group in 1981. He is a nationally known labor and employment lawyer with significant experience handling jury and non-jury trials. Mr. Milone is listed in Best Lawyers in America, and lectures frequently on various labor and employment topics.

He served as Manager of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Group from 1995 to 1997, served on the Firm’s Governing Board and served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 1997 until his election as Chair in 1999.
