This seminar satisfies six hours of CLE credit to attendees (six hours substantive, or five hours substantive/one hour ethics, depending on which sessions you choose to attend). This program is approved in Pennsylvania and sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Law School Center on Professionalism. Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of continuing legal education in the State of New York. This program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of six credit hours, of which one credit hour can be applied toward the Ethics and Professionalism requirement. There is no additional fee for NY CLE credit. Forms will be available on the day of the seminar for all other states requiring CLE credit.
