Morgan Lewis Partner Joan Haratani will present "Trial Teams and Diverse Juries" at the PLI's California MCLE Marathon 2005.

Jury pools in California and metropolitan areas across the United States are increasingly diverse. What impact will this dramatic demographic shift have on corporate Americas selection of trial counsel? Will the party with a trial team that reflects the diversity of the jury have an advantage?
