Energy partners Kenneth M. Kulak and Todd J. Culwell will moderate the panel discussion for "The Power Purchase Agreement Market."
A panel of industry leaders will discuss trends in power purchase agreements (PPAs), with perspectives from both power purchasers and developers. The panel will also discuss key PPA provisions in recent procurements, including evolving terms and conditions, pricing and security requirements, curtailment, and utility purchase options. New trends in request for proposal (RFP) design and recent state commission decisions affecting PPA markets will also be presented, along with likely market developments in 2012.
