UBIC Conference: Examining the Newest Precedents for Dealing with U.S. Litigation

Join Morgan Lewis Litigation partners Ben Smith and Lisa Tenorio-Kutzkey in Tokyo at the UBIC Conference, the largest Japanese domestic conference on American litigation support.

Ben’s session, “Can American-Style Litigation Be Avoided Through Arbitration?” will focus on the comparative advantages and disadvantages of international arbitrations and American litigation.

Lisa’s session, “An Overview of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,” will discuss details of the FCPA, how the FCPA can be used to prosecute foreign companies and foreign nationals, and how companies can minimize the risk of corruption.
