Please join us for a one-hour breakfast seminar to discuss US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) clauses in financing transactions. FATCA is a new US tax information reporting and withholding regime, which imposes major obligations on lenders, investors, borrowers, and issuers globally. As market practice evolves, FATCA clauses have begun appearing in most finance contracts, including loan agreements, bonds, and derivatives.

  • Loan Market Association FATCA clauses
  • FATCA clauses in bond documentation
