Morgan Lewis is proud to sponsor the American Conference Institute‘s 5th Maximizing Pharmaceutical Patent Life Cycles Conference to be held in New York on October 4th and 5th. This year‘s agenda will include legislative updates from House and Senate staffers and insights from leaders in the pharmaceutical industry in light of the passage of Title XI of the Medicare Modernization Act, which curtails the ability of brand name drug makers to extend patent life.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear a special address from Michael S. Wroblewski, Assistant General Counsel for Policy Studies at the FTC and take part in a Q&A session on patent challenges with The Honorable T.S.
