Morgan Lewis Attorneys to Speak on Silicosis and COLI

Dawn Pittman, an associate in the Morgan Lewis San Francisco office, and Chris Loeber, an associate in the Morgan Lewis New York office, will speak at the upcoming Annual Seminar of the American Bar Association's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee taking place in Tucson, Arizona, from March 4-6, 2004. Ms. Pittman will participate in a panel discussion on silicosis and discuss whether silicosis is the next asbestos in terms of insurance claims and issues of allocation. Mr. Loeber will moderate a panel discussion on the emerging issue of broad based leveraged corporate owned life insurance (COLI), and will represent the policyholder's perspective in the ensuing discussion.
