This event will feature a dynamic panel of in-house and law firm attorneys with more than 50 years of combined outsourcing and system integration-related legal experience. The panel will lead the audience in a discussion of current trends in managing long-term outsourcing relationships. In particular, the discussion will focus on how to rework an outsourcing relationship in a turbulent economy.
No outsourcing agreement can predict the future—in particular the economic status of the customer years later. Regardless, the outsourcing agreement decides the future of the relationship. The panel will review how to prepare for the future when negotiating an outsourcing contract and how to fix the outsourcing relationship before it goes bad. As it has in the past, the panel will discuss the relationship from both a customer and vendor perspective.
