Morgan Lewis's Stephen Paul Mahinka will moderate "Bisphenol A (BPA) and Food Additives: New Scientific Findings and their Implications for FDA Food Substance Regulation."

Beginning with an update on the current food additive regulatory structure and implications the new science has on regulation, this panel will provide an introduction to the European and United States’ scientific/ regulatory activities of BPA. Further, it will examine the opposition to and support in the use of the emerging science as it stands now for incorporation into regulation.
