Given the growing importance of shale gas plays in the overall natural gas supply picture and the role of hydraulic fracturing as the technology that unlocks the shale gas resource base, this event has been developed for those interested in a more comprehensive understanding of how hydraulic fracturing is currently regulated and how it may be regulated in the future. The panelists will discuss current and potential changes to State and Federal regulations applicable to hydraulic fracturing.
