This program is designed to update our East Coast clients with employees and operations in California on the complex nuances of California labor and employment law.

We will be addressing a variety of subjects unique to the state of California, including:

Issues related to hiring, employment policies and benefits, wage and hour requirements and discrimination;

Compliance review designed to bring a company's national employment policies into compliance with California law; and

Manager training designed to provide managers with California-specific training on the complex laws governing the California employment relationship.
