FCPA and Financial Accounting Fraud: Top SEC Enforcement Priorities in 2014

This program will focus on the top enforcement priorities of the SEC and other government agencies for 2014. Our speakers will highlight the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the increased emphasis on the anti-bribery and books and records provisions.
