Morgan Lewis's Akiba Stern will participate in the panel discussion, "Enterprise Outsourcing Management -- Governance, Contracts, Compliance and Regulations."

This panel will address the challenges of governing complex outsourcing arrangements, with particular emphasis on legal and regulatory compliance. The panel will also discuss emerging market best practices in the construction of outsourcing contracts to ensure that governance structures are both clearly defined to satisfy control requirements and flexible enough to encourage innovation and deal with a constantly changing environment.
