Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP presents Trial Advocacy Training

This training program, presented as a series, is designed to teach those trial skills and judgments that are essential to successful advocacy. The program will deal with the essential nature of the trial process -- e.g., What is the proper role of the trial lawyer in representing a client whose economic well being, reputation or, perhaps, continued existence is to be decided in a courtroom? -- and a variety of practical and ethical considerations with which trial lawyers are continuously challenged.
