Morgan Lewis will sponsor the 2011 Morgan Lewis Trial Academy.
This training program is designed to teach those skills and judgments that are essential to effective trial advocacy. While we will concentrate on the elements of persuasion in the courtroom and the critical role of conceptualization in achieving desired results, we will also deal with the essential nature of the trial process itself and the proper role of the advocate in representing a client whose economic well being, reputation and, perhaps, very existence may be decided in a courtroom. We will also focus upon a variety of practical and ethical considerations with which trial lawyers are continuously challenged.
