Please join our International Trade and Economic Sanctions Practice for a one-hour webinar on U.S. export control laws and regulations.

We will discuss the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations. We will also discuss how U.S. and non-U.S. companies (e.g., foreign operations of U.S. multinational corporations) can ensure compliance when procuring ITAR-controlled defense articles, as well as the proper licensing of retransfers and reexports of U.S.-originating hardware.

  • Due diligence regarding dual/third-country nationals
  • Licensing and compliance
