Professional development, focused on the individual, educational, and organizational needs of each summer associate, is as important a component of our summer program as it is of our Associate Professional Development Program.
Beginning at the Kickoff and continuing throughout the program, summer associates receive firmwide, practice group, and office-specific training, delivered by firm partners and external consultants, to enhance their legal skills as they work on assignments within or across practice areas. They are also invited to participate in those training programs provided to junior associates during the summer months. Summer associates participate in a variety of office social events to learn more about the firm and are supported by mentors who answer their individual questions.
